The on-platform transaction rule
If a customer finds you on RasoiGo, that order — and repeat orders from that customer for 12 months — must be quoted, booked and paid through RasoiGo. Moving a RasoiGo customer to WhatsApp, cash, e-transfer or any off-platform channel to avoid the royalty is a breach of the partner agreement.
- • Customers who report an off-platform request get their order credited.
- • First confirmed breach: written warning and loss of promoted placement.
- • Second: payout hold and removal from search.
- • Repeat or large-value breaches: account termination and recovery of unpaid royalties, including through the courts where warranted.
Nothing here stops you selling to your own customers who never came through RasoiGo. It only covers customers the platform introduced.
