Marketplace policies

RasoiGo is a marketplace connecting buyers and independent kitchens. These policies keep it fair for everyone, and every account agrees to them.

The on-platform transaction rule

Any order that starts on RasoiGo — and repeat orders between the same customer and kitchen for 12 months — must be quoted, booked and paid through RasoiGo. Moving a RasoiGo customer off-platform to avoid the royalty is a breach for kitchens; asking a kitchen to do so is a breach for customers.

How enforcement works

Anyone can report a suspected policy breach — including off-platform requests, unsafe listings or abusive behaviour. Reports go to a human review team, not an automated ban system. Where a breach is confirmed, the graduated ladder above applies; accounts can appeal any enforcement action before it becomes final.

Repeated or severe breaches can skip straight to termination and recovery of unpaid royalties.
